Cyril Chamenois, co-founder and COO of Elixir Aircraft, shares how they are using NVIDIA technologies to develop the industry’s first aircraft designed using cloud-based applications.
Chameonis mentions Elixir is a small start-up with limited resources, and they are taking advantage of using the best-in-class tools on the cloud instead of investing on a large IT infrastructure. The Elixir team is using Dassault Systèmes’ 3DRemote software that is built on top of the NVIDIA Capture SDK.
The high-performing two seater airplane, crafted to appeal to the passenger experience with a unique wing structure, comfort, and gains in payload, safety, and costs. The aircraft’s first flight is planned for the beginning of 2017.
